Human Design Chart: Type, Strategy & Authority
The short answer
Human Design is a revolutionary system combining astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah, and quantum physics to reveal your authentic cosmic blueprint. Your unique chart identifies your energetic type (Manifestor, Generator, Generator-Manifesting, Reflector), decision-making authority, and life strategy. This personalized cosmic map empowers you to live in alignment with your true nature and highest potential.
Human Design is a modern system that blends astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and the Kabbalah into a single body-graph calculated from your birth date, time, and place. Its practical core is your Type and Strategy, a simple guide to how you're designed to make decisions and use your energy.
The five Types
Everyone is one of five energy Types: Generators and Manifesting Generators (the majority, built to respond to life), Projectors (here to guide and be invited), Manifestors (here to initiate), and Reflectors (rare, mirroring their environment). Your Type sets your basic operating manual.
Strategy and Authority
Each Type has a Strategy, for example, Generators are designed to "wait to respond" rather than force action. Your Authority (emotional, sacral, splenic, and others) is your reliable inner decision-making signal. Following Strategy and Authority is the heart of living your design.
