How we write
Horoscope Vibes is run by PineSeed Pty Ltd, a small company in Brisbane, Australia. Planet positions, dates and birth charts are calculated from an astronomical ephemeris. Horoscopes, articles and guides are machine-drafted, checked by automated rules, and then read, checked and edited by a named person before they are marked reviewed. Every page says at its foot who reviewed its current words and on what date, or that it is not yet reviewed. Vera's replies are written live by an AI and no person reviews them. Paid reports and readings are written by AI from the buyer's birth details, and no person reviews them either.
The writing is held to clarity, emotional intelligence, and practical next steps. We draw on established astrological traditions and contemporary inclusive practice (including queer and same-sex friendly synastry) while keeping language everyday and kind.
Content is written for reflection and education. Astrology is interpretive: two people with the same Sun sign will live it differently. We invite you to use readings as mirrors and prompts, then decide what fits your life.
Chart positions are cast from astronomical ephemeris data. When a birth time is missing, we do not claim an Ascendant, Midheaven, or house placement. Interpretations must not invent unsupported credentials, quotations, studies, statistics, or testimonials. Astronomy is identified separately from traditional astrological meaning.
Pages where only a value changes inside a shared layout (a birthday, a planet placement, a Chinese zodiac year) are grouped into families and judged as a group against what Google actually shows. A family rule can hold such a page out of search results until it has words of its own or a person has reviewed it; a page held this way still works for anyone who visits it. A duplicate address that only repeats another page redirects to that page instead.
