1. Who we are

Horoscope Vibes is run by PineSeed Pty Ltd, ABN 15 617 533 767, trading as Horoscope Vibes, Queensland, Australia. In these terms "we" and "us" mean PineSeed Pty Ltd, and "you" means the person using the site. Contact us at support@horoscopevibes.com or through the contact form.

2. Using the site

By using Horoscope Vibes you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Horoscopes, charts, reports, readings and Vera's replies are interpretation from astrological tradition, offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you should not rely on them for those decisions.

3. Your account

Give accurate details when you create an account, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Prices and payment

Every price is shown with its currency before you pay (for example US$9.99), and that is the amount charged. Most prices are in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank may add a conversion fee. Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. Subscriptions

A membership plan is billed every month or every year, at the price and interval shown next to the button you press. If you have not subscribed before, your plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial length is also shown before you subscribe.

Your plan renews automatically (auto-renew) at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. We email you before a free trial turns into a paid plan and before a yearly plan renews.

Cancel any time in Account → Plans, which opens Stripe's billing page. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. A one-off membership pass is a single payment for a fixed number of days: it never renews and there is nothing to cancel.

6. Reports and readings

A report or reading is a one-off purchase. Before you pay, the page shows what it covers and its price. Written by AI from your birth details. No astrologer reviews it. For reflection and entertainment, not advice. It is written from the birth details you give, so check them before you buy. You can read it on screen as soon as it is ready, and it stays in your account. If you gave us your email address, we also email you a link to it.

If a report or reading does not finish, comes out incomplete, or does not match the details you gave, tell us and we will write it again or refund it.

7. Refunds

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel and to a refund for the unused part, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to have a minor failure fixed in a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live.

On top of those rights, we also refund:

To ask for a refund, email support@horoscopevibes.com from the email address you paid with, or use the contact form. We reply within 2 business days (AEST). Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. When we refund a purchase in full, what it paid for closes.

8. Content and intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos and code on Horoscope Vibes belong to us or are licensed to us. You may read, print and share what you bought for your own use. You may not copy, sell or republish it without our permission.

9. Our responsibility to you

We take care to keep the site working and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Apart from those, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site.

10. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect personal information, and your rights over it, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change matters to people who pay, we tell subscribers by email before it applies to their next renewal. The version on this page is the one that applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause takes away consumer protection you have under the law where you live.

Vera sittings

Vera is an AI astrology chat. Her replies are written by an AI from the chart cast from your birth details, and no astrologer reviews them. They are interpretation from astrological tradition, offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you should not rely on them for those decisions.

Free messages

The number of free messages, and whether and when they renew, is shown on the Vera page before you start.

Paid sittings

A paid sitting is a one-off purchase of a digital service. Before you pay, the price, the number of messages, the number of days the sitting stays open and anything else it includes are shown next to the price. You pay once: a sitting is not a subscription and nothing renews. When the sitting's days run out it closes, and any messages not used by then lapse. Your conversation stays readable after it closes. Nothing is on sale while Vera cannot answer.

Refunds

If something goes wrong with a sitting, email support@horoscopevibes.com with the email address you paid with. When we refund a sitting, it closes.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
